Activision’s Hajin deep dive rates every point of interest from Low to Extreme. The table lists the highest rating inside each one; open a location for the threat of every named area, how to approach it and what is nearby.

How to read the Hajin grid
The DMZ Tac-Map has a grid overlay. Letters run west to east and numbers run north to south, so A1 is the top-left corner and the city sits in the lower right. Activision’s example is D7 = Imjin Farmland.
This matters because every key you loot in DMZ names a grid cell in its description. Type that cell into the search box above and the MW4 DMZ map highlights it, so you know which part of Hajin to head for before you open the in-game map.
Use the cell to narrow your route, then use landmarks: the Hajin River splits the west from the city, Expressway No. 1 crosses the north, and the monorail loops around Hajin City.

Right now the map holds what Activision has published: the 13 POIs, their named sub-areas and threat levels, the danger zones around Chang-san, The Grid and the reactor, and the places named in the official guide. When DMZ opens we add exfil sites, key doors, Lieutenant territories, Gas Stations, UAV Towers and SAM sites as we confirm them, and note each change in the update log.
Found a key room or a good exfil? Use the report form. We check reports against footage before anything goes on the map.

MW4 DMZ map questions
What is the MW4 DMZ map called?
The MW4 DMZ map is called Hajin. It is a fictional exclusion zone that straddles the former North and South Korean border, with Russia closed off to the north and the East Sea on its eastern edge. Activision lists 13 major points of interest and more than 60 named locations.
Where are the keys on the MW4 DMZ map?
Key rooms are not public yet: DMZ early access opens on 20 October 2026 at 17:00 UTC. Every key shows a grid cell in its description, so you can already type that cell (for example D7) into the map search to see the area. We add each confirmed key to the keys database and the map as it is verified.
How do I read the Hajin grid?
Letters run from west to east and numbers run from north to south. Activision’s own example is D7, which is Imjin Farmland. On our map, type a cell in the search box and it lights up. Our grid is an 8 by 8 estimate anchored on Activision’s D7 example; the official images do not show the full grid, so we will correct it once we check the in-game Tac-Map.
What is the most dangerous place in Hajin?
Two places carry the top Extreme threat level in the official guide: the underground bunker at Chang-san Air Base and the Nenshin Tech Complex towers inside The Grid. Critical-threat areas include The Citadel in the 14th Political Prison and the rest of The Grid.
Is this an official Call of Duty map?
No. MW4 Map is a free fan-made tool. The map is our own simplified drawing based on the official Hajin tactical map, and every threat level and location note links back to the official Call of Duty blog it came from.
Does the map work on a phone next to my console?
Yes. It is built for a phone as a second screen: drag to move, pinch to zoom, tap a marker for its threat levels. Pins you add are saved in your browser, so they are still there next session.
